General Data Protection Regulation is the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union for the regulation in the handling of personal data. The GDPR directly impacts the storage, processing, access, transfer, and disclosure of an individual’s data records and affects any organization worldwide that processes personal data of people from the European Union.

Does Nubital have access to my Documents or Passwords?

No employee of Nubital or Google has access to your Documents or Passwords, or to the information protected in your application.

The use than Nubital will give yo your email will be only:

So that you can access Nubital, add, modify or share your Documents when and with whom you choose.

To inform you of the functions or services of Nubital for you as a user.

To remind you that your subscription payment date is approaching or to notify you about the cancellation of the service by Nubital in the absence of payment.

3. Information or documents

Who can see my information?

Only you can access your Digital Vault with your Email and Password or your Fingerprint. Only, in case of your death or permanent disability, the Emergency Contact that you designated, will know the opportune moment to provide your Password and only to your legitimate heir, so that he can access the Protected Information. No employee of Nubital or Google has access to your Protected Documents or your Password.

What happens if I am not there and a family member needs an important document?

While you have a Smartphone and data service, you can share any of your Documents with the person you want; You can attach the document by email or by messaging. Or you can also add the Document to a Data platform shared with that person.

Is there a limit of Documents or the storage weight of the files?

Yes, it depends on the version you choose there is a limit of documents and passwords:

In the initial version (which is free for life): the limit is the 18 documents and 2 passwords with a capacity of 50 MB.

In the Vital Version (with a monthly or annual cost): the limit is up to 2,500 Documents, including Passwords, with a capacity of up to 4 Gb.

Can I increase the number of Documents or GB included?

No, You can´t, the capacity of the Vital Version is determined in 4 GB, this means that the capacity of Nubital, your Digital Vault is much more than enough for your needs.

What happens if I want to change from Initial Version (free) to Vital Version (paid)?

All your information would be organized; the change will be that in the Vital Version you can enjoy a huge amount of Documents in all Categories and you will have to pay a small annuity or monthly payment.

Can I cancel the Vital Version?

Yes, You can cancel. The Information in the Vital Version is encrypted on Google Cloud Platform servers, if you decide to cancel your subscription to the Vital Version, the Information of the Documents corresponding to the Initial Version (18 Documents and 2 Passwords), will remain protected in your Digital Vault The rest of your information will be lost permanently and unrecoverable. Nubital can´t recover your Information.

We recommend that, before canceling the Vital Version, backups of your documents, and passwords on some other digital medium (Computer, External Hard Disk, USB Memory, etc.)

Do I have to re-scan all my information, if I deleted the application or changed the smartphone in the Vital Version?

Your information is encrypted on Google Cloud Platform servers, if you accidentally delete the Nubital application or change your phone, your information is stored in your Digital Vault until the effective date paid, and you can access your Information as soon as you download the application and log in.

What happens to my information if I change from the vital version (paid) to the initial version (free)?

The information in the vital version (paid) is encrypted on Google Cloud Platform servers, if you decide to cancel your subscription to the Vital Version, the Information of the Documents corresponding to the Initial Version (18 Documents and 2 Passwords) will remain protected in your Digital Vault The rest of your information will be lost permanently and unrecoverable. Nubital will send you a monthly payment reminder email 7 days before your payment deadline.

What happens to my Information if I forget to pay the Vital Version?

The information in the vital version (paid) is encrypted on Google Cloud Platform servers, if you forget to pay, the Information of the Documents corresponding to the Initial Version (18 Documents and 2 Passwords) will remain protected in your Digital Vault. However the rest of your Information will be lost permanently and unrecoverable within 30 calendar days after your payment deadline.

Nubital will send you a last payment reminder email 7 days after your deadline.

Can Nubital be used without a mobile data or internet?

Nubital can´t be used because it is located on the Google Cloud Platform servers, if you want to access your Digital Vault you need to have a mobile network, WiFi or Internet available.

What happens if I delete a document or password by accident?

You will have to scan it again or capture it. Neither Nubital nor it´s suppliers can recover it.

Is there a way in which I can share the protected information within another platform with Nubital?

Yes, you can import a previously scanned document that is saved on your Hard Disk, or in a USB memory, or another Application. In Nubital, you will have to give the appropriate name to the Document, the telephone number, add the expiration date, the date when you want Nubital to remind you that such a document must be renewed and the physical location of the original document. These functionalities are not available in other applications.

How do I upload the Documents?

You have different options:
App: you can select the camera icon to take a picture of each of the faces of the document and save it in the category you have decided.

You can also use the scan icon to scan the document page (s) you wish to save.

Downloads: if within the memory of your cell phone you already have documents in several formats or scanned images of them, you can select the one you want and upload it directly to the section you have decided.

Web: from your session on your computer you can select each of the documents you need, whether they are on your hard drive or other applications, and save them in your Digital Vault, which will automatically be synchronized with Nubital of your Smartphone.

If I have documents on my computer, how do I upload them to Nubital?

You must log in with your Username and Password at www.nubital.com, once inside, select the Category and Set of Documents.

Can I download the documents I have in Nubital from my cell phone or computer?

Of course, from the “Download” option.

What happens if I don't know how to scan or I don't have a scanner?

It is very simple! You select your scanner and as if you were going to take a picture, but being a little more patient, because this process takes more time and that’s it!

What happens if I have company and personal documents? Can they be separated?

Although Nubital has been designed for family use, there is a Category of Business Documents. We would recommend that, if you wish to give access to the Documentation protected with other members of the Company, you have separate accounts for the family and the Company.

5. Account and Password

How do I set my User?

Your user will be your email account. We recommend that the email account you use to create your Digital Vault be personal (do not use that of the Company), that is easy to remember and for everyday use. You can also establish an Email that you use exclusively for Nubital, but that is very easy to remember.

How to set my password?

To secure your information, your password must contain at least 8 characters, including at least one uppercase, one lowercase, one sign, and one number.

They can be more than 8 characters, but make it easy for you to remember. Remember that you can also use your fingerprint to access your Digital Vault.

What if I have forgotten my User ID?

We recommend that the email account you use to create your User in your Digital Vault is personal, easy to remember and every day. You can also establish an email that you use exclusively for Nubital that is very easy for you to remember.

If you forget, send an email to support@nubital.com and we will help you remember it. Nubital has a way to identify your email with your full name.

What if I have forgotten my password?

Do you not worry! You can easily change it from the section ‘I forgot my password’, you will have to comply with the same security format when setting your new password and authenticate it with the email address that you used as a user. Also, there is the option to add your fingerprint to facilitate your access to your digital vault.

I can not access my account.

We ask you to check again if your username and password are correct, and verify that you have internet service or cellular data; If once you verified the above you still cannot access your account, please send us an email to support@nubital.com and detail the situation to help you.

Can I change my Email?

Unfortunately, you can´t change your Mail at the moment. We recommend that the email account you use to create your user in your digital vault be personal.

Can I change my password every time I want?

Of course! We recommend that you do it periodically, but do not forget to report the change to your emergency contact.

What if I suspect that someone enters my account?

We recommend you immediately change your password.

Do I need to change my password constantly?

6. Emergency contact

What is the emergency contact?

Your emergency contact is a person of all your confidence (with whom you do not usually travel frequently), to whom you will provide your access password so that only in case of your permanent disability or death, you can give the password in a timely manner from your digital vault to your heir, and he can access your protected information. Your emergency contact must register it on your platform so that in Nubital we are aware of who will be the person who will notify us of your disability through a letter signed by a doctor with professional ID, or in case of your death, through a death certificate. Your emergency contact must be informed of their tasks to support your family and you. Your emergency contact will not be able to access your digital vault unless you give it full access by providing a username (email) and password. We recommend that your emergency contact only has the password.

How do I define emergency contact in Nubital?

You have to provide us with the email of the person you trust, either at the time of initial registration or as you replace the emergency contact.

Can the emergency contact enter my platform?

Your emergency contact will not be able to access your digital vault unless you give it full access (user/email and password). We recommend that you be very careful and, preferably, do not inform him of the email you used as a user.

Can I change to emergency contact?

Of course! Nubital will notify your old emergency contact that you will no longer have this task and the new contact one will be contacted to notify you that you have been discharged as your emergency contact.

You will be in charge of providing your password. Nubital, none of its suppliers have that information.
